WHY OUTCAST?
There are many other teams out there in the Infiniti enthusiast world for all you G drivers, many of them are already fully established and up there, while others are fairly organized and some are barely stepping it up. TEAM OUTCAST is all about friendship, it is much more than a car club. Many of us are now very close friends, close enough to where you can consider them family. We hang out more as friends, not just team members. And of course we have members that are not always around because of the busyness in their life; we still show them the same respect and equality.
Team OCGs; which stands for OutCast G's means we're basically outcasted from the Show Community; we're the rising underdogs. Most car clubs and show teams want to recruit nice and show-ready vehicles off the bat, regardless of who the driver is. Many show teams in my opinion would mostly want the fame over spirit. OutCast G's doesn't care if you don't have a top-notch show quality car, especially with how the economy is nowadays. We don't expect everybody to be making extensive amounts of money to where they can go mod-crazy on their G's. This is also in regards to sponsorships. Although the Team will open doors to a few sponsors, most top show cars are fully sponsored and get their parts and modifications for free, barely contributing any of their own money into their vehicle, which is awesome and that's what everybody would want. But some drivers end up turning arrogant and then follows their team, where they think they are better than others just because of their vehicle.
TEAM OUTCAST sees past all that. The type of person we look for is someone that is dedicated, because that is what defines one's character, not their vehicle. Someone who down the road may offer more to the team than they did when they first joined. Someone that has pride and would help bring the Team up. Someone that could is honest, build friendships, and are open to help others. Although we may be team-friendly, we are very strict on joining. We're quite exclusive, selecting members that we truly see the "OUTCAST" within them. This is due to lack of dedication from previous members. Prior to joining, we have several requirements, some of which give applicants the opportunity to get a feel for the Team and what we are about before they make a commitment.
We open doors to opportunities for yourself as an enthusiast. We put your love and hobby of fixing up your car to another level where you greatly benefit from it. Many members join and were near stock, and now are fixed up. Some have even brought their vehicle to show-quality ready. Considering all this, we created an Enthusiast Division, Show-Quality Division, and a Race/Track Division. It's all about growing and upgrading. You will gain new friendships, which in turn opens doors for yourself into the world and life. Our #1 priority in this club is to have fun! Fixing up your car and being in a Team will be pushing your car-enthusiasm to a whole new level!!!
